Custom Corrugated Boxes

Corrugated packaging consists of paper and an arched layer (“fluting“) which is embedded between smooth sheets (“liner”). The number of liners and mediums in corrugated board defines how it is classified. It can be single face, single-wall, double-wall, triple-wall, etc. The most common fluting types are: A, B, C, E, or F. These categories determine the  sizing of the flutes, which is defined by the  height and frequency of the flutes. 

PCD offers corrugated boards in multiple flutes, tests, and styles. It is an extremely durable, versatile, economical and lightweight material used for custom-manufactured shipping containers, packaging and point-of-purchase displays. It is also offered in RSC, HSC, Tubes, Partitions, Layer Pads, and Lid styles. PCD carries standard sizes but we have the ability to customize any box for our clients.

Corrugated packaging is an excellent option for a number of industries because it  is 100% recyclable and extremely cost effective. It can also be customized in its size, fluting, special application and interior dunnage. It is also strong, yet capable of protecting fragile items during shipment.
